Including a File Upload Button

Hi there,

This is pretty minor but it’s a little unintuitive. When you are in the Files section of the control, there is the Upload Files button, which is great; however, if you click into one of the Upload Directories via the menu at the left and get to a specific Upload Directory page, there isn’t an upload files button, which would be the expectation.

FYI running EE 3.4.3
