Category Group with an ID of 0

hey all, bit of a weird one here but anyone experienced any issues with creating a category group in EE (3.4.4) and it being assigned a group ID of ‘0’? I have six category groups all set-up as expected but I cant seem to create a seventh?

I have not seen that before. Could you issue a bug report with path to replicate so the dev team can triage? https://support.ellislab.com/bugs

Thanks James - turns out it was a MySQL error - reinstall fixed the issue.
