Template Groups

I had set up a basic template group /company which had been working just fine, then all of a sudden stopped working. I could access the page by going to /company/index or company/index.html and that would show up.

But https://www.blackline.com/company does not work and www.blackline.com/index.php/company does not work either. I am about to delete the template group and moved everything under /about and create some 301 to that new URLs.

I’m looking for some ideas as why this would happen? If I rename the new about template group to company the issue comes back.
