Order channel entries by channel name and/or ID

Probably a simple thing to add to the channel:entries tag and query it generates: I’d like to see the option to order entries by their channel name and/or channel ID.

I have found that, especially for displaying search results, people want to “group” their search results by channel. Having the native option to order by channel name and then something else will help here. Probably dead easy to add, as the query to fetch the channel entries will already join the channels table.
