Entry Search by Entry ID Number

This just came up again for me. It comes up a few times a year, but I’ve never posted about it. There are times when it would be great to be able to search entries by ID number. This is especially helpful when special characters have been used in the entry title and EE’s search can’t “read” the whole title.
