Linked custom field attributes

I haven’t worked with Expression Engine in years. Was thinking of upgrading to latest version (No holiday deals?!?!?) but want to make sure it can do something I need.

If I have this custom field: Color

with attributes of: Red Green Blue

In my template, I want to make it so that the attribute is hyperlinked so that clicking on an entry with color attribute with Red will query all entries and list the ones with Red as color.

I’m sure this is super trivial for EE.
