Upgrade v2.10 > 2.11 Unknown original user account for liscense

Hello,

I am currently trying to download the v2.11 update and I am taken to the store for download and challenged with a login screen. Unfortunately I (we) do not know what user/pw was used in obtaining the original licensing. I do have a valid production license # but unclear as to who it was associated with. Not sure what workflow would be needed to re-associate a new user (developer) with this license. Any help would be appreciated.
