Delete grid row warning?

I have a client that clicked on the red trashcan icon to “remove row” and accidentally lost some important content (revisions weren’t in use). She asked me why it doesn’t have a little warning first and I said I don’t know why.

I’m thinking it would need to be smart and not give a warning if the row’s fields are empty, and only give a warning if there is content in at least one of the fields.

Thought I would toss out the idea.
