My personal blog site running on EE 2.8.0 is hosted by Arcustech. They want to move me off an EOL platform to one that uses Apache 2.4.18, php 7.0.8, and MySQL 5.7.16. Will 2.8.0 run on these versions without problems? I’m also using a number of extensions and plugins that I’ll need to research. But, this is a first step.

I also have an application written using CodeIgniter 2.1.3. Is that compatible with these later versions of AMP modules?

I believe you’ll need to upgrade, but I’m not certain what version you’ll need to upgrade to. Maybe 2.10.3??
