TransferredHost, theme not showing correctly
How Do I?
I apologize, I’m not familiar with Expression Engine. I have transferred hosts and the site on the new host is missing all of it’s styling. The database and config configuration files have been updated, the database has been moved, admin.php works fine, the themes directory has been updated, I’ve checked permissions on all folders, and cache has been cleared. I think I’m missing something very simple.

This really isn’t an ExpressionEngine specific question. However, looking at the site it appears that the “includes” folder is moved/missing/empty. That contains your site’s scripts and css. Try checking your browser developer tools to check the errors on your site.
There looks to be a multitude of issues with your navigation paths. This may be due to how paths are configured in EE or errors in your template syntax.
