DRY approach to reference images to document fields

I’m working on a training tool where a document has an online reference to see a definition for the various input fields on said document. Right now I have a 3 column grid to input the info:

Field Title          Field Definition          Page No.
(Text)               (RTE)                     (Dropdown)

It’s worked great until now. However, I now need to upload and display images of the document pages so that if someone selects a field definition, the appropriate page image it’s found on displays.

I’m looking for some thoughts on the best way to do this in the most efficient or DRY fashion. Adding a column for “Page Image” would be selecting the same image over and over many times as there can be many fields on a single page.

I’m looking for a way to best setup and relate the idea that the value of ‘Page No.’ equals an image.

Any suggestions? Is a relationship the best/only option?
