Configurable Captcha Image Dimensions

The dimensions for generated captcha images is hard coded to 140x30.

It would be really useful to have config.php variables available to override these without having to modify core files.

The only place I believe a change is necessary is line 85 and 86 of /system/ee/EllisLab/ExpressionEngine/Library/Captcha.php
