channel forms and Mx Notify --> send notification to user submitting data

I’ve got a form made with channel:form; after the user submits the form I want to send them a notification email.

I’m using Mx Notify Control but I don’t understand if this is possible and how/where to set the email.

I’ve tryied using the form {email_field} into the “To email” field in Mx Notify Control settings with no success…

anyone had luck with this? thanks Francesco
