How do I direct a group of variable urls to a certain template?

Hi guys,

I’m reworking a website to EE, and because of SEO reasons I have to keep every URL exactly the same. There is a page on the website that’s called www.website.com/pricelist, where there’s a list of things displayed. If you click on a category, it brings you to a new page, called www.website.com/pricelist/category_x. I need every new url segment after /pricelist to point to the same template, but it automatically points to index.html. Any idea how I do this?
