Hide channels that have reached set 'maximum number of entries' from Create

UPDATE: It looks like this functionality might actually already be in place in 3.5.6.

The option to set channels to a maximum number of entries is great, but the fact that channels still show up in the Create menu after they reach their max entries creates an unnecessarily cluttered Create menu. Having the option to hide channels from Create, once they reach their max entries (and only show up in the Edit menu) would really help clean up the Create menu on sites with a lot of single-entry channels.
