I got "Exception Caught"
How Do I?
Hi, Now I’m upgrading my site from EE 2.11.9 to EE 3.5.2. I got the message. What is this? How do I do? Please teach me.

The next message is given when I go to index.php of the site. Is this error to be related to? There is not ‘exp_plugins’ in my database.
Exception Caught SQLSTATE[42S02]: Base table or view not found: 1146 Table ‘mysite.exp_plugins’ doesn’t exist: SELECT `plugin_package` FROM (`exp_plugins`) mysite/ee/legacy/database/drivers/mysqli/mysqli_connection.php:122
Did you follow these instructions closely? If so, please let us know what steps you took, and where you are encountering the error. Lastly, what add-ons did you have installed on v2 prior to running the upgrade?
Yes, I followed.
The error accessed admin.php and appeared immediately.
The add-on (module) that I installed is as follows.
B/Wlist, Channel, Comment, Cookie Consent, Emoticon, File, jQuery, Member, Metaweblog API, Pages, Query, Refferer, Rich Text Editor, RSS, Search, Statics, Tag.
“Cookie Consent” is not compatible with v3, so could be the source of one of the errors. The missing table however indicates that your upgrade did not complete properly. I would suggest restoring your v2 backup, uninstalling Cookie Consent (as well as any third party add-ons that you are not bringing forward), and trying the upgrade again.
