A month back I was reading through some of the feature requests here and later noticed I recognized a couple of them implemented in EE’s change log.
Why not mark those requests here somehow?
While it would create a new administrative task for the EllisLab team to remember to do, it would provide good feedback here about what sorts of feature requests make it and show a few “naysayers” that posting here isn’t a dead end.
Just a thought.
It’s a good idea, I don’t know if we currently have a way to mark threads in an effective way to demonstrate that that feature request has been included in the software.
Another thing to consider is that some feature requests spawn a related but not direct feature, so we can start to stray into false advertising if we mark a thread as included, and it’s not a direct inclusion.
I’ll bring this up with the team in our next meeting.
Thanks for the feedback!
