Abilty to hide URL title field in Channel layouts

Just had another need to be able to hide it. Sometimes you don’t want clients to be able to edit it.

And the entry date field too!

These can sit in the background and do what they need to do but shouldn’t clutter up the publish form for editors. The developer needs to have 100% control over the Publish Layouts. Surely conditionals can be written to allow these to be hidden but still collect the data EE needs to store.
