Hello

I created a custom member field, with the type set to “input text” and “text formatting” set to “none”. But it outputs a span plus some javascript not the unformatted, text value of the field.

How do I make it so the custom field outputs it’s “real” data as defined. Not this all this junk.

.(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address)[removed]/*<![CDATA[*/var out = ”,el = document.getElementsByTagName(‘span’),l = [‘>’,’a’,’/’,’<’,’ 109’,’ 111’,’ 99’,’ 46’,’ 101’,’ 98’,’ 104’,’ 111’,’ 103’,’ 64’,’ 114’,’ 117’,’ 104’,’ 116’,’ 114’,’ 97’,’ 99’,’>’,’"’,’ 109’,’ 111’,’ 99’,’ 46’,’ 101’,’ 98’,’ 104’,’ 111’,’ 103’,’ 64’,’ 114’,’ 117’,’ 104’,’ 116’,’ 114’,’ 97’,’ 99’,’:’,’o’,’t’,’l’,’i’,’a’,’m’,’"’,’=’,’f’,’e’,’r’,’h’,’a ‘,’<’],i = l.length,j = el.length;while (–i >= 0)out += unescape(l.replace(/^\s\s*/, ‘&#’));while (–j >= 0)if (el[j].getAttribute(‘data-eeEncEmail_OQbRjCaDAy’))el[j][removed] = out;/*]]>*/

I tried using the no formatting plugin, but it has no effect. I’m positive there is an option to turn off the auto-conversion of email address into links. If someone could remind me where that option is located.

For the next person that has this issue. I was able to solve it with Raw member fields plugin.
