Was the removal of the EXT constant intentional or an oversite?

Intentional, it’s not needed. May I ask what you were using it for?

A third-party add had a require statement that used it (I’m not sure why they did it that way). Easy enough to fix.

Gotcha, yep that should be safe to remove and replace with a full reference to the filename with the .php extension.
