Cannot Create Entry Error Won't Resolve

I submitted an entry but forgot to populate the Title/URL Title. This produces an error like you would expect, but Even after populating the Title and URL Title, the buttons will be re-enable to save the entry.

Sorry, I was waiting for the weekend to convert our database since it’s a little size-y. All good now though. ?
