Malformed URLs in sitemap

I tried generating Sitemaps using a couple of online services and they seem to generate sitemap with malformed URLs. The structure is as follows: http://example.com/company/news/example.com/about-us/data-labs/example.com/about-us/data-labs/example.com/about-us/data-labs/example.com/about-us/data-labs/
“company” is a template group. “news” is template
What am I doing wrong? Any help is much appreciated.
