Upgrade from 2.9 to 3.5.14 Revisions not Sorting by Date

Recently we upgraded a site, as noted in the title, from EEv2.9 to EEv3.5.14 and noticed that in the entry revisions tab most of the revisions are not sorting by date. After checking the change log this was noted as a bug fix for EEv3.2.0, however it’s still an issue for us now.

Any thoughts on resolving this? Thank you.
