Fields: Integrating a way to see the field shortnames and hierarchy

When building fields and then using it later on in the themes, it would be really useful to have a overview of all the field short names and their subfields (e.g. when using grid). I am having a hard time remembering these shortnames I don’t have a clever naming scheme, and am going back to find out all the time.

I would either make a dedicated tab on the fields settings page or directly per field group or per field with the following example output:

grid-field-1
-- title-long
-- title-short
-- summary
-- file-1

grid-field-2
-- file-1
-- file-2
-- file-3
-- summary

Further ideas would be to even list available manipulations for files if they’re assigned to a specific upload folder with manipulations like:

grid-field-1
-- file-1
---- large
---- thumb
-- file-2
---- large
---- medium
---- small

or even directly present them with braces.
