Pulling multi-select options from dB?

Hello! Hopefully a quick Q.

I’m looking to auto-generate a drop-down on the front-end, populated using the options for a multi-select field. My understanding is that basic EE can’t do that, which is fine. So: a plug-in.

Except, I can’t for the life of me find where multi-select options are stored in the dB. Options for “select” look to be in exp_channel_fields as the field_list_items field, but I don’t see multi-select options in there. I’ve trawled through all of the tables, and managed not to find them anywhere else.
