Complex Searches in the Entry Manager

We are looking to update our site from EE3 to EE4, but have held off so far because of reliance on non-EE4 compatible add-ons. One of the biggest issues is that Zenbu is not EE4 compatible and it is heavily used by our site’s content editors.

Zenbu adds the ability to apply complex search filters to the Entry Manager. You can have multiple search terms, search on any field (not just the title or content), and also specify search modes like “contains”, “does not contain”, “begins with”, “ends with”, etc. In addition, you can save these search terms for searches you may need to repeat often.

Does anyone know of a way to do this with the native entry manager? Or are there addons similar to zenbu that are EE4 compatible?
