Error editing template in UI

EE 4.3.1, Developer > Templates If a template had it’s “No Access Redirect” set to a template file that then gets removed then editing this template results in an error.

Reproduce. Create 2 templates with template ID 1 and 2. Set 2 to redirect to 1 for “No Access Redirect” on the access tab, then delete template 1. The error occurs when you edit template 2.
