Change the Server Path to the Templates Folder

Hi,
I’m currently transitioning from ee2 to ee4 and I’m having a hard time finding some functionality that was readily available in ee2. Is it still possible to change the server path location of the templates folder, or has that functionality been removed in ee4.

It’s not necessary as of v3 since it’s in the user folder, which is both consistent and reliable from the apps perspective, but also fully under your control, and not mixed with app files.
