Per-file upload directory/uploader information in File Manager

(I’ve been holding onto this one for a while until I upgraded to EE5, thinking it might have crept in already.)
It would be really useful to see, in the CP File Manager, the upload directory for each file, and who it was uploaded by, in general file listings and searches, and also when looking at information for a specific file. Maybe my setup is more complicated than most, but this does feel like an obvious omission from the CP.
Analogy is with the Entry Manager, which displays, per-entry, who it was posted by, and in which channel.
Not a bad idea, Paul, can you submit a GitHub Issue for community and maintainer discussion? Sounds like potentially low-hanging fruit for a contributor.
