How to link from Member profile page in order to have access to that part of the CP allowed by Member Group settings? Thanks

It depends a bit on whether you’re using sessions or cookies or both- and whether loggin in on the frontend logs them in on the backend, but take a look at the cp_session_id and cp_url.
And be sure you’re careful with conditionals so it only shows to people it should.
