Option to filter by category in file manager

When you’re adding an existing file to a post from one of your upload directories, you cannot currently filter the files shown by category, which seems like it could be a useful way of finding specific files in some scenarios.

On a related note, when you select which upload directories a file field should have access too, you can only pick all or none. Being able to pick a selection would be nice.
