Duplicate queries causing site slowdown

EE Support,
Noticing slow performance on our pages like these: https://surlybikes.com/bikes/cross_check. When I enable template debugging, I am often seeing up to 100 or more duplicate queries. We are using disable parameters, caching, and limiting results, but what could be causing this? Running EEv4.3.8.

You have lots of content on that one page, have you considered splitting the load/using AJAX (eg. load the faq/reviews later or on another page/modal) or caching the page? even with optimum EE tags its still going to be pretty heavy
