We are in the process of provisioning servers for medium size EE5 website that should be able to handle high traffic events. Are there any samples of a server architecture for EE5 in Jelastic or AWS?

My thoughts:

  1. AWS Route 53

  2. Nginx balancer on Jelastic (install SSL certificate)

  3. Nginx instance (Jelastic) with horizontal scaling (stateless? any take on this?)

  4. Storage node. Are there any issues on running EE this way?

  5. MySQL instance on Jelastic.

  6. Storage container. Should most of the EE5 install reside here?

  7. StackPath CDN

I would appreciate any suggestions/ comments on the above. I am especially interested in issues related to horizontal scaling. It will be great if you can share your setup.
