v2.6.1 Upgrade Path
How Do I?
Hello All,
Been asked (volunteered) to look at upgrading a website for a non profit society that currently using Expression Engine v2.6.1 . I understand this is an old version now - Happy to work through upgrades to the latest version but …. how do I obtain the ‘in between’ versions?
The site has a license number associated but the person who set it up originally is no longer about to help.

If they no longer have access to their account to download the latest v2, they can get it off of github. The same for v3.

Make certain you are on the latest v2 before upgrading to v3 and then you can go from v3-v5. The biggest issue is going to be the third party add-ons, all of them have to be upgraded going from v2-v3.
