Uploading file in new Apple image format creates error....

Apple has new native image format they’re forcing on people called HEIC. If I try to upload an HEIC formate image from a file on my computer I get an error an error on upload that only image files are allowed. For security reasons, I choose to allow only image files to be uploaded but the EE filter is out of date and only recognizes basic formats as images such as .png, .jpg, etc. I would like to suggest that the filter be updated to include HEIC because since Apple has now standardized on this format this problem will arise more and more with EE uploads.
