Validation Greater Than and Enum dont Works

Im have a form with fields

One Field have a relationship SelectBox, the value are a number(1 to X)

Im try with greather tan 500 and selecting wrong option(value 20, the id of the relation) But the data is saved, dont fire error

When im use Enum[536] and in the form select the option with 536 Value the form return an error
