Upgrading from version 2.10.1 to the latest version

I am working with an arts organisation and they are running a very old version of Expression Engine - if they were to buy a support package would that include such a big upgrade to the latest version?
Hello! ExpressionEngine doesn’t offer upgrade services and it wouldn’t be covered under a support plan.
If you wanted to tackle it in-house, then you could use support to ask questions and help you troubleshoot the upgrade. But we wouldn’t do it for you.
