curl_exec has been disabled for security reasons

hai, currently im working on some project and im new to expression engine, then somehow these error appeared:

• curl_init() has been disabled for security reasons
• curl_exec() has been disabled for security reasons
• curl_setopt_array(): supplied argument is not a valid cURL handle resource
• curl_exec() has been disabled for security reasons
• Undefined offset: 1
• curl_getinfo() expects parameter 1 to be resource, null given
• curl_close() expects parameter 1 to be resource, null given

maybe anyone has any solution, thank you.
