It’s possible to use Simple Commerce for offline payment instead of PayPal? I want the order to be sent by email and then sent to the customer by post or courier. Or any other solution to achieve this. Thanks

Simple Commerce is fixed to Paypal so it’s not geared up for other payment types.
https://addons.reinos.nl/simple-cart might work for you, it’s just a method of creating a cart, all you’d need to do is add a way to email the carts contents to whoever - you could do that by loading data into hidden fields using the standard Email form addon.
