Is it possible to assign a channel to a user group?

Is it possible to assign a channel to a user group? And that Member Groups1 cannot see Channel2 and that Member Groups2 cannot see Channel1.

Example:

Channel1 <—> Member Groups1

Channel2 <—> Member Groups2

Etc..
