Importing from a WordPress backup

Hi,

I’m coming back to EE after a long absence (was on SquareSpace for years, then spent the last year trying to hand-code everything). I have a WordPress-formatted export from my old SquareSpace blog. Would the DataGrab plugin be my best bet for importing that into an EE channel? Or are there other options I should be looking at?
