‘Cannot change session cookie parameters’ is usually Freeform but if you upgrade it, you’re good. Actually, so is ‘session_set_cookie_params()’.
Any add-ons that aren’t installed, remove the actual folders from the addons folder. And make sure any still in there are on the latest version.
