Password Reset Error/Loop

Hey,
We are experiencing an odd error where when a user succesfully resets their password, the Success page redirects the user back to /member/reset_password, which now displays an error as their token is now not valid.
The error page link then returns them to the Success page, and our users are then stuck in a loop between the Success page telling them their password was reset correctly and an error page letting them know the token is no longer valid.
Is there a fix for this?

Hi Phil, still running into this? If so, is this the standard forgotten password from the member templates? Or to the cp? I haven’t run into it before.
Just going back to the login page should break the loop, but it’s definitely not what we want to have to do. What version of EE is it on?
