User is being logged out after a few seconds

Hrmm… This could be related to a few different things as a whole.

I’d recommend they clear cookies, and check their local computer time as well as the EE server time to confirm their accurate.

I’ve had clients that experience this. I’ve never been able to find the cause as most are only “generally” computer literate and aren’t able to diagnose things remotely.

What I do is set CP to “SessionID only”, this seems to cure the issue for them.
