Upgrading from 5.4.0 tp 6.0.1 Failure

I have several mini sites all copies of one original and when i try to do an update from 5.4 to 6.0.1 it fails, then when i try to do a rollback that also fails. Then I do a full recovery from backups and start again. Is there a manual way to do the update, a way to get more info so i can try to figure out what its hitting….

Thanks for getting in touch about this.
We just released 6.0.3 which has a fix to some of the rollback issues you may have been experiencing.
Is there a particular issues your hitting as part of the one click update? (Would be interested to know if so).
