When posting basic HTML I am getting the following error:

> **Internal Server Error**
> The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
>
> Please contact the server administrator at webmaster@**** to inform them of the time this error occurred, and the actions you performed just before this error.
>
> More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

The code is:

<!-- Building For the Better -->
<section class="topoBox"  #263E25;">
    <div class="container">
        <div class="row align-items-center">
            <div class="col-lg-6">
                <div >
                    assets/img/pages/building.png
                    <div  solid 1px #E8A838;width:14px;height:14px;"></div>
                    <div  solid 1px #E8A838;width:14px;height:14px;"></div>
                    <div  solid 1px #E8A838;width:14px;height:14px;"></div>
                </div>
            </div>
            <div class="col-lg-1"></div>
            <div class="col-lg-5">
                <h  class="text-uppercase"  400;">Building For the Better</h2>

                <a href="#services%22class=%22btn" class="btn btn-md btn-outline-primary text-uppercase">view projects</a>
            </div>
    </div>
</section>

Any ideas what this is about?

Are you posting it into a template? Or an entry? And if you just post ‘testing’ does it work?

And this is a brand new install of 6.0.6, right?

Hey Robin.

Latest version 6.0.6.

I’ve isolated some issues even further. The following code works in a textarea field:

position:relative;left:right;top:

But adding a - to the code causes the Internal Server Error.

position:relative;left:right;top:-

Very weird. Is EE6 UTF8?

My money is on it being a server security filter. If some stuff posts ok and different content breaks it? Odds are very good it’s mod_security or similar.

I’d hit the host with your findings and see if they’ve got a filter jamming up the post data.
