Multiple Newsletters Extension

Hi,

This extension looks great for what I need. A couple of questions:

1/ How can I allow the user to preview the template output before they send it? - I have installed it, and I dont see a preview button anywhere when I click on the tab.

2/ Will it work with email entries submitted via Freeform? if so, how can I choose to send emalis to a mailinglist collected via freeform ?
