Trouble with Tome and Long URLs

I am getting really long URLs like this:

http://rackham.pmhclients.com/index.php/home/policies_procedures/rackham_graduate_school_academic_policies/1_general_academic_requirements_and_regulations

This is the name of the page instead of the shorter URL Title or Category URL Title.

Is there anything I can do to get shorter URLs?
