Upgrading to Tome Module

This could be a bug but I’m not sure so here goes.
When upgrading to Tome on 1.5.2 prior to upgrading to 1.6 I get the following error
Warning: mysql_fetch_array(): supplied argument is not a valid MySQL result resource in /..snip../system/db/db.mysql.php on line 363
Warning: mysql_free_result(): supplied argument is not a valid MySQL result resource in /..snip../system/db/db.mysql.php on line 371
I get a success message under the warnings and in the back-end everything seems to have gone fine. I wonder if anyone else has experienced this before I apply it to the live site?
Not experienced this but I have to say that I’ve had no success with the suggested upgrade path. :/
Yep I tried it on multiple local versions of sites and have had no success. Would be interested to hear how others are doing..
