I’m just setting up my gallery and i’ve come across a number of threads mentioning the ext.gallery.cat extension - I’m starting to think I’ve gone crazy - but I can’t seem to find this anywhere in the EE forums, extensions download section or even going google searches. Does anyone have a link to this extension?

I’m doing the monoslideshow integration setup (http://www.5pieces.com/index.php/tutorials/comments/monoslideshow_and_ee_gallery/) and I know in there it says I can just hardcode a category image but I have a feeling the extension will make it easier to be able to adjust this category image.

If I’m missing the point or it’s not needed let me know.

I guess it could be done via the drop down custom entry fields in the gallery but they don’t seem to have shortnames that I can references them by.

Any help is appreciated.

Never used it myself, but you might want to ask Rob. I think it’s one of here extensions.

After some searching on some other sites I eventually found it - http://ellislab.com/forums/viewreply/171573/ if anyone is interested.

The reason I was looking for this extension was to be able to have category images displayed in MonoSlideShow but rather than hardcoding them I wanted to use the custom entry field.

Well after a couple of hours I eventually got this to work - more info here if anyone is interested.
